UK

Standard shipping is free for delivery within 2-5 business days.  For shipping assistance or the need for courier delivery please email sophie@staysunnychicago.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International Orders incur a fee of £10, subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border. Most orders will arrive between 5-10 business days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 6pm GMT Monday to Saturday on the same day however cannot guarantee this. 

• We’re unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an extra working day.

RETURNS:

Return items within 14 days: Return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.

Return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note we're unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, or swimwear without the original packaging. 

Keep the tags on: All Stay Sunny Chicago items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original tag attached, the return will be sent back to you. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.

 

HOW TO RETURN

To return your item/s: Complete the returns form provided and securely package the items. Post the items/s and return form to:

*Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Stay Sunny Chicago is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, send proof of postage to sophie@staysunnychicago.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we are unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We don't currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the below instructions and re-order the correct item or size separately.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
